Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Please read our returns and refunds policy below:

Change of Mind

  • Items can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 3 days of purchase.
  • You’ll receive a store credit for the full purchase price, to be used in-store or online.
  • We cannot accept returns where packaging has been opened or damaged.

Back Orders & Special Orders

  • Items ordered on back order or specially sourced from overseas cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Faulty Goods

  • If your item is faulty or not fit for purpose, we will provide a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
  • Please contact us as soon as possible with proof of purchase so we can sort it out for you.

Store Credit

  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.

Important Notes

  • Please keep your receipt or order confirmation — it’s required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item was supplied faulty).
