Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders received after 3pm NZST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days NZ-wide (rural addresses may take longer).
  • Furniture freight: Large or bulky items delivered via dedicated carrier, typically within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard items: Freight calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
  • Large furniture: Freight calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
  • Local pickup: Free from our Muuto Newmarket store or Unison Spaces showroom  in Parnell (by arrangement).

Order Tracking

Tracking details are sent via email once your order is dispatched. Customers can track status online.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship only within New Zealand at this time.
  • Some remote locations may have delivery limitations; contact us for details.
  • Orders containing both furniture and accessories may arrive separately.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect deliveries on arrival; report any damage or shortage within 48 hours.
  • For lost or delayed shipments, contact support promptly so we can assist with claims or replacements.

Occasional delays during adverse weather or public holidays may occur; we will communicate promptly if affected.
